The Hymn #35 is not a very popular hymn.It does not have exciting tune. It is more thought-provoking than emotiion-exciting.
This is a home-made sample just to give you some idea how the song sounds like in case you forgot what it is like. http://www.sohisam.info/Music/hymns/s35-1.mp3

The opening ceremony of the Taiwanese Heritage Week events at the Zoo is a ground-breaking event. The director of the zoo issued a proclamation on paper and promised to deliver an opening speech shortly after 11:00am. This is unsual as he rarely attended such kinds of events. We are all encouraged to attend the ceremony to show our appreciation of the zoo and all the staffs there for supporting our heritage. We need to let them know that we, the Taiwanese and the friends of Taiwanese care about the heritage and all who help to carry on the heritage. My latest breakthropugh in view the Taiwanese Heritage Week event:
  • It helps me to know how others show and talk about my heritage, what they cover and how they express them.
  • It helps me to think about how much I know about my heritage.
  • It helps me to find out what I should/could progress in appreciating my own heritage which is part of me.
  • It helps me to advance my ability to show and pass on my heritage to those who care about me and those who carry on my heritage in my lineage. With such perspectives I decided to participate and watch the events closely. I certainly will go to the opening ceremony and make the most out of this event. The opening ceremony is where I can contribute and make the world aware of how I care about myself through caring about my heritage and appreciating those who help me caryy on my heritage.
